Admission to River Valley Christian Academy is obtained by written application and may include a personal interview at the discretion of the Administration/Board.  A child should be five-year old on or before December 31 to be eligible for kindergarten. 

TUITION FEES AND PAYMENTS 2025-2026

Junior Kindergarten (age 4 by December 31st)

Book & Registration Fee due at registration:  $200.00 (non-refundable)

Tuition Fees:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday -----    Full Days (8:30-2:30) = $ 3,980.00 ($331.67/mth over 12 mths)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday -----    Half Days (8:30-11:30) = $3,315.00 ($276.25/mth over 12 mths)

Kindergarten – Grade 8

Book & Registration Fee due at registration:  $300.00
(All book & registration fees are non-refundable after June 1st)

Tuition Fee:
$4,850.00 ($404.17/mth over 12 mths July 1st/24– June 1st /25)

Payment Options:
Plan A             Monthly payments beginning July 1st and ending June 1st
                         For students enrolling late, the last tuition payment will still be June 1st.
Plan B             Two equal payments payable on July 1st and January 1st
Plan C             One full payment payable on July 1st.

All cheques made payable to River Valley Christian Academy (RVCA), post-dated and delivered to the school by June 1, 2025 OR an agreed upon schedule for E-transfer (speak with office for details and approval).

* Upon withdrawal of any student prior to school year-end 25% of any outstanding tuition is non-refundable
